The Challenge
Promote The online launch of The Sims 3 game in Australia and appeal to an audience that isn’t your typical hardcore gamer.

The Solution
Profero created a user generated platform called The Sims 3 Ultimate Aussie Fan. Existing fans and newcomers competed in categories such as most popular and most creative, inviting friends via facebook connect and creating large amounts of Sims 3 content which spread around the web. A broad reaching media campaign took over social networking and entertainment sites with a host of high impact skins, pre-rolls, banners and other Sims 3 goodies. Finally, social media monitoring and engagement tools allowed us to interact with fans and send offers to those seemingly out of reach.
